Shipping policy

We kindly ask you to allow 1–2 business days for order processing before your order is dispatched. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday.

All orders are shipped via UPS from our warehouse in Dallas, Texas, United States. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number, usually within 1–2 business days of placing your order.

Delivery Times

Please note our delivery times are provided as a guideline only.

United States Orders

We cannot ship to PO BOX addresses.
Delivery to rural addresses may result in longer delivery times.
During sale periods or high order volumes, dispatch may take up to 3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

International Orders

International customers are welcome to order from our website. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges applied by their country.

Signage for Delivery

Please ensure someone is available at your delivery address, as a signature will be required upon delivery. If no authorised person is available to sign, the driver will leave a notice and the parcel will be redirected to the nearest collection point for pickup.

Changing Addresses

If you need to amend your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at shop@lusana.online. Address changes can only be made before your order has been dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes or redirect the delivery.

Lost or Stolen Orders

Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for your delivery. LUSANA PTY LTD cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen orders, including orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout, orders not collected from a carrier collection point, or orders delivered to temporary addresses such as hotels or vacation rentals.

Orders that are already in transit cannot be cancelled.
