LUSANA.online is a made-to-order shop. 

All orders are fulfilled via DHL Express which takes into account 3-5 business days. We will update your order with a tracking number when it becomes available – this generally takes 1-2 days from when your order is placed.  

At this current stage, we cannot accept expedited order requests.

USA, Australia, New Zealand & Asia Pacific: 3-6 business days - Free
Canada & Mexico: 3-6 business days - $35
Europe: 6-10 business days - $35
Rest of the World: 6-10 business days - $45 

Delivery Times

Please note our delivery times are provided as a guideline only.

Please note: 

  • Due to unforeseen COVID-19 delays ship time is anywhere between 4 to 10 days on top of your pack time.
  • We cannot ship to a PO BOX. 
  • Delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times. 
  • During a sale period, a large amount of orders can result in longer delivery times.
  • Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day. 
  • During times of high-volume orders may take up to 3 business days to ship.
Signage for Delivery

Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address as a signature will be requested upon delivery. If an authorised person is not able to sign for your delivery the driver will leave a card and the delivery will be returned to the nearest collection centre for you to collect.

Changing Addresses

If you have placed an order and need to make an amendment to your shipping address, please contact us immediately at lusana@lusana.online. Depending on whether your order has been dispatched or not, we will get back to you immediately to confirm whether this is possible or not. If your order has been dispatched, please note that we are unable to make any changes to your shipping address or authorise a redirection.

Lost or Stolen Orders

We please request that someone will be at your nominated address to collect and sign for the shipment. Furthermore, LUSANA PTY LTD cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen orders. This includes orders that are not collected by a receiver, if an incorrect address was inputted at the time of placing your order and your order has been delivered to that wrong address, or if the order arrives at a temporary address after you are no longer there (e.g. vacation rental, hotel etc). 

Any cancellations requests for orders in transit cannot be approved.
