If you would like to return any of the items you have received, LUSANA offers a 14-day return policy for store credit. This is valid from the day that you received your parcel.

We do not offer cash refunds or size exchanges.

Please note that the customer is responsible for covering shipping and handling charges for any returned items.

A refund or an exchange is only issued when the garment is classified as faulty and cannot be repaired.

We reserve the right to repair or replace faulty garments.

Items listed on SALE are final sale items and are not eligible to be returned for refund.

All domestic USA orders are shipped via UPS on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, excluding holidays. Our standard shipping option is free of charge landing within 2-3 business days from our New York distribution center, if your item is in stock. Express shipping of 1-2 business days is offered at an additional charge of $25. Express orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday. 

Orders for delivery to Australia, New Zealand, Asia-Pacific and the Rest of the World are shipped on DHL Express on a 2-3 business day delivery.

We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

During times of high-volume orders may take up to 3 business days to ship.

International customers are responsible for all local duties and taxes.

All international orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, excluding holidays. 

Canada and Mexico: 2-3 business days - $35

Europe: 6-10 business days - $35

Rest of the World: 6-10 business days - $45
